Everything was better in the past

Everytime older people are crossing your path, you hear one specific sentence, that the good old times were much better and that the youth of the old days was not as terrible as they are today. That sentence is told as sure as there’s the word amen at the end of a prayer.

But did we really look at the youth around us? Let’s question everything - there are enough victims to blame, of course. But there are families having children for just having children - just like a status symbol.

The result are noisy children, seeking attention of their environment. But that causes troubles and the conflict is raising.

In former times, the housewife was at home looking after the children while the husband was the one bringing money home. That way, there was always someone there for the children and most of the common problems of today didn’t happen at all or at least they didn’t escalate.

In my opinion, the world could be a better place if there were more ‘healthy families’…
