Thinking about comment spam again

It’s a fact that I don’t have much spam here since WP-BlackCheck pretty much kills it all, but as I am just one user among many out there, I’d like to know if I miss some kind of spam on your end or which bugs you found to be able to fix them.

Any wishes for the next release?
